I am one of the organisers of the Wharfedale branch of the Clandestine Cake Club. We cover Otley, Ilkley and the surrounding villages. If you live in this area and wish to come along to one of our events you can find out more details here:

We meet once a month/every 6 weeks to eat and share cake at a venue whose location is only revealed to members a few days before the event. No cupcakes/brownies/tarts are allowed - it's all about the cake! Any cake remaining is divided up and we take it home (or in my case I bring it into work where it is always well received!)

We always welcome new members and suggestions of venues in which we can hold future events.
